Each user explicitly agrees to receive permit notifications before messages are sent. Opt-in records are stored securely with timestamps and linked to the consent source, such as in-app onboarding, profile preferences, or our public contact request form.
All SMS alerts are transactional, never marketing, and follow carrier and CTIA guidelines. Copy remains consistent across every surface so reviewers can match disclosures across the customer experience.
Our system logs every opt-in event with fields like enabledSmsNotifications, smsConsentAt, and smsConsentSource. These entries form an auditable trail for carrier reviews and ongoing regulatory compliance.
