Market Radar Overview
Discover new permits nearby or from potential clients using location-based search conditions.
Market Radar is Plotwise's business development feature for discovering new opportunities. Unlike Portfolio (which tracks known entities), Radar helps you find new construction activity, potential clients, and market trends.
What is Market Radar?
Radar automatically discovers permits based on conditions you set:
- Location-based: Find permits near specific addresses
- Entity-based: Discover permits from potential clients
- Opportunity-focused: Identify new business prospects
Radar vs. Portfolio
| Feature | Radar | Portfolio |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Find new opportunities | Track known entities |
| Focus | Discovery & prospecting | Monitoring & tracking |
| Typical use | Location-based search | Company/license search |
| Best for | Business development | Existing relationships |
Both features share the same condition system and interface, but serve different strategic purposes.
